Coral Lakes Master Association

Connected by the spaces we share.

Seven residential communities come together across a shared landscape of lakes, entrances, green spaces, and recreational areas in Miami. Coral Lakes Master Association helps coordinate and care for designated areas and services that support the community as a whole.

One community, seven distinct associations.

Coral Lakes is made up of seven residential associations, each with its own identity, administration, and community responsibilities.

Together, they form a connected neighborhood shaped by shared entrances, lakes, landscaping, recreational spaces, and community infrastructure. Coral Lakes Master Association focuses on designated matters that extend beyond any one condominium or townhome association.

Caring for what connects us.

The work of the Master Association centers on designated spaces, facilities, and services that connect multiple areas of Coral Lakes. Specific responsibilities may vary by location and governing documents, but generally include coordination in the following areas.

Entrances and Landscaping

Maintenance and coordination of designated entrances, lawns, plantings, hedges, trees, irrigation-related components, and shared green areas.

Lakes and Water Features

Support for designated lakes, fountains, drainage-related areas, and associated water-management systems throughout the community.

Recreation and Facilities

Coordination of designated pools, pool-house facilities, recreational areas, security-camera systems, and related community amenities.

Infrastructure and Essential Services

Oversight of selected electrical, plumbing, janitorial, utility, insurance, repair, and vendor needs associated with shared property and facilities.

The goal is simple: to help maintain the shared environment residents experience every day.
